The First International Conference on Web Information Systems Engineering (WISE 2000) was held from 19 - 20 June 2000 in Hong Kong, China.  The final proceedings was published by IEEE Computer Society Press after the conference.  The authors of further selected papers will be invited for some journal special issues: Information System, WISE Journal, ...
